At the 2024 Global Smart Education Conference, the Ministry of Education clearly advanced the Education New Infrastructure and Informatization 2.0 Action Plan. As a regional education Xinchuang pilot unit, the school urgently needs to build a smart campus solution based on an autonomous and controllable technology foundation, replacing the traditional multimedia teaching systems characterized by fragmented brands and data silos.

Against the policy backdrop of national Education New Infrastructure and the Education Digitalization Strategic Action, as a regional education Xinchuang pilot unit, the university urgently needs to build a smart campus system based on an autonomous and controllable technology foundation — solving problems such as scattered equipment across campuses, weak laboratory safety management, and high dormitory energy consumption, and supporting high-quality talent cultivation.

A municipal education bureau oversees multiple primary and secondary schools across its region, covering schools at all levels in urban areas, townships, and villages. With the implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy and the advancement of the National Education Digitalization Strategic Action, as a regional education Xinchuang pilot, the bureau urgently needs to build a smart education cloud platform covering all schools in the region — solving problems such as uneven informatization levels between urban and rural schools, difficult sharing of quality resources, difficult after-school service management, and missing supervision and evaluation data.
